Welcome to Kiray360! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kiray360 platform, including our website and Telegram bot (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Kiray360, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Kiray360 provides a platform for landlords and tenants to manage rent agreements, payments, and related communications. Landlords can register tenants, manage payment schedules, and receive payment proofs. Tenants can view agreements, submit payment proofs, and communicate with landlords via the Telegram bot.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Landlords: You are responsible for providing accurate tenant information and ensuring that all rent agreements comply with local laws.
  • Tenants: You are responsible for submitting accurate payment proofs and ensuring timely rent payments.
  • All Users: You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to uploading harmful content, attempting to access unauthorized data, or violating any laws.

4. Right to Refuse Service

Kiray360 reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, users who violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the platform in a way that harms other users or the Service.

5. Payment and Fees

  • Landlords may be subject to subscription or service fees as outlined in their agreement with Kiray360.
  • Tenants are responsible for paying rent as per their agreement with the landlord. Kiray360 facilitates payment proof submission but does not process payments directly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Kiray360 platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Kiray360 or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kiray360 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users and are not responsible for disputes between landlords and tenants.

8. Termination

Kiray360 may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the courts of Ethiopia.
